Local Just-in-Time (JIT) automotive warehouse requires Material Handler for ongoing temporary assignment. Candidates must be available for day shift. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work as a member of a fast-paced team essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading/Unloading: Unload and unpack incoming materials and load outbound shipments.
- Inventory Management: Utilizing RF scanners, performing cycle counts, and managing inventory accuracy.
- Quality Checking – verifying parts meet required standards
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety standards, including proper pallet stacking.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 years previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility: Willingness to rotate between day and afternoon shifts as well as work overtime or weekends as required
