We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for our client located in Barrie. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including reception, Data Entry, Filing and general office duties supporting two Senior Managers. Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, Connect Force and Sales Team would be a strong asset.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience essential
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Work Schedule: Straight days, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm with an occasional 8 AM start or 6pm finish
