Duties include;
- Demolition and Cleanup: Tear out damaged materials like flooring and drywall, and remove debris and sewage.
- Heavy Lifting: Physically lift and move heavy objects and materials throughout the shift.
- Debris Removal: Load and dispose of debris from damaged homes.
- Site Preparation: Prepare renovation and restoration sites by cleaning and organizing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Technical Support: Assist experienced technicians with water extraction, repairs, and installation of materials.
- Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and non-cluttered worksite, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
