We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Duties will include:
- Able to perform, train and manage all associates job duties
- Ensure all Health Safety and Plant rules are observed
- Participate in employee follow up and employee readiness before each shift start.
- Instruct, train and maintain all level of training provided to inspector associates
- Ensure paperwork is completed properly and handed in at the end of each shift.
- Responsible for shift-to-shift communication
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- Audit frequently as per the corporate quality guidelines- to validate and maintain training in job duties, and workflow processes.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015certification programs.
Shifts will rotate between a day and afternoon shift
