Financial Clerk – $19.25/hr

We are currently seeking a Financial Clerk for a 5-month contract at Base Borden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial support services, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations on the base.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing financial information including claims for payment
  • Creation, tracking and finalization of travel and other claims
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Inputting financial information
  • General administrative support
  • Document tracking and maintaining filing systems
  • Familiarity with accounting software

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing financial support services.
  • Proficiency in processing financial information and claims for payment.
  • Ability to accurately input financial information.
  • Experience with document tracking and maintaining filing systems.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance is mandatory.
