We are looking for an experienced customer care representative in Alliston. Candidates must have previous experience and be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to work with scheduling software a strong asset.
Duties Include:
- Customer care
- Scheduling client appointments
- Customer satisfaction follow up calls and emails
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Processing payments
- Data entry and working with Excel
- Inventory
The ideal candidate will be a good problem solver, be comfortable on a computer and have an outgoing personality.
